1. Service Agreement
JAMIL MANPOWER (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. provides manpower services including recruitment, placement, and staffing solutions as per client requirements. All services will be provided as per mutual agreement and signed contract.
2. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate job descriptions and requirements.
Any changes to job specifications must be communicated in writing.
Clients must ensure safe and lawful working conditions for deployed manpower.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
Service charges will be agreed upon in advance and stated in the contract.
Payments must be made within the specified time as per invoice.
Late payments may attract interest charges.
4. Replacement Policy
If a candidate leaves within the probation period (as per the agreed terms), one-time free replacement will be provided.
No refunds will be issued.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential and not to disclose any proprietary or sensitive information without written consent.
6. Liability
JAMIL MANPOWER (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or misconduct caused by the candidates after placement. Background checks and verifications will be conducted as per agreed terms.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice as per the terms mentioned in the contract. Any outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts.
