At JAMIL MANPOWER (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing reliable and skilled manpower solutions that meet your expectations. However, if the provided manpower does not meet the agreed requirements or performance standards, we offer a flexible replacement
policy as outlined below:
1. Replacement Guarantee
We offer a free replacement of the candidate under the following conditions:
The candidate leaves the job within 30 days of joining.
The candidate does not meet the specified job qualifications or shows unsatisfactory performance as verified by the client.
2. Replacement Request Procedure
To request a replacement:
Notify us within 7 days of any issue.
Provide valid reasons or feedback regarding the candidate’s performance or conduct.
We will initiate the replacement process within 5-7 business days of receiving the request.
3. Limitations
Replacement is valid only for the same job profile and location.
Only one free replacement is allowed per candidate.
No refunds are provided, only replacements.
4. No-Show or Early Exit
If the candidate does not join or leaves before the minimum working period, a replacement will be provided within the stipulated timeline.
