1. Service Commitment
At JAMIL MANPOWER (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing quality manpower services that meet client expectations. We ensure that candidates are thoroughly screened, verified, and aligned with your job requirements.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
If the candidate fails to report to the job within the agreed period.
If the candidate leaves the job within 15 days of joining without valid reason.
If the candidate is found unqualified or misrepresented credentials during the screening process.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If the client fails to provide accurate job details or changes requirements after recruitment.
If the candidate leaves the job after 15 days of successful placement.
If the termination is due to mismanagement or misconduct on the client’s part.
If payment terms were not fulfilled as per the agreement.
4. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email within 7 days of the issue arising.
The request will be reviewed within 7 working days.
Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 10 working days via the original mode of payment.
5. Replacement Policy (Alternative to Refund)
In some cases, we offer a free replacement for one time instead of a refund, depending on the client’s preference and availability of candidates.
